What is Attendance Allowance?

Attendance Allowance is a non-means tested benefit for people aged 65 and over who have care and support needs.

Attendance Allowance rates

  • Lower rate: £72.65 per week
  • Higher rate: £108.55 per week

You'll qualify for the lower rate if you need support day or night. The higher rate is there to help if you need support day and night.
